Every episode is anchored to the taxonomy: a layer, the people who live in it, and why they chose what they chose.
How an episode runs
- 1 Pick the guest — An operator or founder from the directory — someone whose declarations on the index are worth the story behind them.
- 2 Start at their stack — We open on what they actually run, layer by layer, and work backwards to the decisions: what they built, what they bought, what they replaced.
- 3 The hard part — Margin, lock-in, the migration that went sideways. The parts that don't make it into a case study.
- 4 Publish with the record — Episodes link straight to the profiles they discuss, so a claim made on air sits next to the declaration that backs it.
